The Windarc concept shortens the lead time to production and the schedule of offshore wind power projects as a whole:

The entire wind turbine is assembled and installed completely ready for start-up onshore. This will save several days of working time offshore per turbine.

The offshore installation of the complete wind turbine including foundation, access platform, etc. is done in one go and only takes a few hours per turbine. Once the turbine has been erected, the main cable connected and the erosion protection for the foundation prepared, the turbine is ready for start-up.

The weather window of the installation site will be efficiently utilised in installation of the turbines.
